The new and growing demands of the market and the close working relationship with customers, have pushed Opificio AgroAlimentare Italiano to increase its offering and increase its production and research capacity to meet the production needs and innovation in the food and nutraceutical segments.

In a world tending to standardize and homologate everything on the basis of pre parameters, valid for any sector or activity level, it becomes difficult to emphasize the value of diversity.

We live in a time in which, increasingly, you fall into the mistake of basing the evaluation of a business reality only on economic and financial parameters, forgetting that the primary scope of a company is to create quality products, rich of the real value provided to them by the use for which they were designed.

A company is much more than an organized set of functions, as well as a presentation cannot be limited to the banality of slogans like "our mission is customer satisfaction" or "the quality of the production process is controlled at every stage" etc.

It’s obviously like this.

A company is made up primarily by people and the crucial factor is the consideration that each person has of his own work.

If the goal of work is profit, it can be achieved in several ways, including the quality, but not only.

If, at the contrary, we face the daily work with the awareness that the value of a person depends on what it produces in terms of ideas and concrete actions, the work becomes the way to be better people, more competent, more passionate, and the result of this effort can only consist of a better quality of what we do.

Here, if we should summarize in one sentence the Opificio AgroAlimentare Italiano commitment we would say: "with the heart and with the reason."
